Scope
These terms apply to all orders and contracts between Forschungswelt and its customers. By placing an order you accept these terms. Conflicting customer terms apply only with our express written consent.
Orders & formation of contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline orders without stating reasons.
Prices & wholesale discount
All prices are exclusive of statutory taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. For wholesale orders from an order value of $1,500, we automatically grant 20 % off the goods value (20 % Rabatt auf Großhandelsbestellungen ab 1.500 $). The discount is applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Delivery & shipping
Shipping is EU-wide, usually within 24–72 hours of payment receipt. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. Risk passes to the customer on handover to the shipping provider, where legally permitted.
Intended use
All products are supplied strictly for legitimate research, analytical and laboratory purposes. The customer warrants compliance with all applicable laws and undertakes not to use the products for human or animal consumption.
Warranty & claims
We guarantee the purity stated in the Certificate of Analysis. If a delivery does not meet specification or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. The customer is solely responsible for proper handling, storage and lawful use of the products.
Final provisions
The law of Forschungswelt's country of domicile applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
